“After having the Skunk removed that accessed our ducting system, Jeff responded in a timely manner and assessed the damage. He returned the next day with all the parts to put everything back together. He then checked the remaining system to assure "Our Friend" didn't cause further damage. Jeff was very pleasant and professional and did a great job with the new ducting. I would recommend Salem Heating & Sheet Metal to anyone that need HAVAC work done.”

“Salem Heating was great to work with on our new heat pump installation. We received several bids, and Salem Heating was among the more affordable options. We ultimately chose them because of the thoroughness of Scott’s initial evaluation and proposal. He was very responsive throughout the entire process.
The installation took about two days and went smoothly. After the installation, we wanted to make a couple of adjustments, and their technicians came out promptly to help. Anytime I’ve called the office, everyone has been friendly and helpful.

“I must have called about three other competitors in the early morning asking for a simple capacitor to replace mine that failed the night before, they all took my name and number and said they'd get back to me as the day went on and the temperature reached into the 90s I called Salem heating finally and without hesitation they found the part I needed and got it for me in minutes solving my problem. The staff is super friendly and very customer focused I will definitely be calling them first in the future they have a customer for life.
